As Client Success Officer, Phoebe helps manage processes leading up to provide support to FirstCOUNSEL in finalizing engagement with clients. She has experience in intellectual property registration, corporate compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining FirstCOUNSEL, Phoebe gained considerable experience in the fields of intellectual property filing and management of IP portfolios at a boutique Singapore law-firm. 

 

In addition to her experience in law-firms, Phoebe has unique insights into law reform and policy during her stint with the Law Society of Singapore. Phoebe also worked as a business development executive for a global franchise business with offices in Paris, London and New York, managing projects for site openings, forecasting and budgeting, developing KPIs and know-how guidelines for the business.

 

Outside of law, Phoebe pursues a broad range of passions. Phoebe organised and obtained funding for two TEDx events in the UK and Singapore. She also worked with a number of international NGOs to run humanitarian campaigns for the abolition of veto power of the United Nations' Security Council. Phoebe was also an active member of Enactus, Students in Free Enterprise, the world’s best-known and most successful program helping university students to create community empowerment project is a technology policy consultant.

In her free time, she enjoys searching for the best Vietnamese food in Singapore.
